O.P. Jindal Global University is a non-profit private university established under Haryana Private Universities Act, 2009. This University was established in the memory of Om Prakash Jindal, a philanthropic initiative of Naveen Jindal, who is the founding chancellor of this university. OP Jindal University has got recognition from University Grants Commission (UGC).
